@sampson do you guys ever dream to make a brave os? One to challenge chrome os with dApps?

Jesus christ. God bless Skimask rn. God that was hard to watch him... god bless him... But there's no god at this point. If you see this ski, rest peace bro. X would have wanted you to. #xxxtentacion
any AI artwork generators or GANs out there that aren't as hard to set up as: https://github.com/robbiebarrat/art-DCGAN ?
I totally see you point. I was reflecting mine as well. But I would add that if we can establish a basis for legitimizing accountability then at that point we have evolved the social media hemisphere. Its all currently built off being illegitimate.
Like that typo. I totally made that typo. No denying that. Correction: It would seem that the simplest principle; would be to create.... (I believe that's correct grammar)
Accountability is extremely necessary for advancing as social creatures and legitimizing leadership. But that is far out into the long term sociological benefits.
2/3 As far as the purpose of blockchain powered social media. It would seems as the simplest principle would be to create a social environment where interaction is indiscriminately recorded and people are simply held accountable.
1/2 A delete function is not just threatening to the legitimacy of the users on that platform it is also paramount to the security of the platform. An example could be made that a hacker could break into someones account and delete data.
Blockchains have a strong use case as legers that are perpetual, immortal holders of verifiable data and that same principle should be preserved when developing on top of that.
But I believe that if you are going to run a social media platform that is openly decentralized and ran on the blockchain, why run it on a blockchain and have it "decentralized" if I can just erase/append data on it.
It depends on the application/use case of that blockchain. And not all blockchain designs are as decentralized as others.
A delete button does not just completely defeat the purpose of decentralized blockchain powered social media. It directly threatens it.
we have time and time again seen the effects of the delete button. Its about time we move forward and FORCE users to adopt decentralized social media by making it more advanced, private, personal and powerful. Media platforms are picked up by trend. So lets become a trend(we are)

This way, you can provide a valuable service allows peeps as well as preserving peeps. No cost to use, with a cost for preservation. Not sure how Peepeth would be monetarily sustainable though. Need to think....
But that's the problem. On an openly respectable platform, why should they have the right to determine what they want to preserve. That's one of the main points of block chain, nobody has more or less say, there is nothing to hide, there is no manipulation(on paper), and 1/2
@CallMeGwei There should be no delete button. If people dont like the idea of sucking up to there mistakes they are not meant to be on a platform that can be openly respected. This is about being real about yourself online and approaching mistakes that people will inevitably make

That's one of the reasons blockchain is good for social media. Not even peepeth can edit it. But I wonder if they can take peeps down... IE corporations interesting peepeth to take them down some day.
I truly cant wait for the dApp era. There will be alot of downfalls tho. But sacrifices must be made.

sounds interesting. Do tell.
Peepeth is my favorite dApp because I can use it when I'm broke!

Reading into the #pepedapp ERC-420 protocol. Amazing.
Awesome to see someone from the brave team! Huge fan of your browser. It's my daily and default. Will you guys be planning any crypto features into your browser anytime soon or are you staying away from that?

See, if common core didn't skrew me up I would have done way better in math. I wish I was better at math...
Vine needs to come back in dApp fourm... Could maybe be a new feature for the future of peepeth? hopefully!
This is by far the most well written, informed and intelligent article I have read about the underlying fundamental goals & technicalities of block chain, Ethrereum and decentralization. Please read
