Having a love-hate relationship with @rustlang's error handling.

Over at #Embark, we started a tutorial series on building a simplified #decentralized Reddit app using Embark's tooling!

Build your first #dapp starting with part 1 here:

I’m learning Embark having used Truffle. What is a good project using Embark to see best practices for testing/CI? For Truffle I have used OpenZeppelin.

Hi!

So I wouldn't necessarily say that there's tons of best practices specific to Embark really. It boils down to writing good tests and having them run on a CI server.

It's very helpful for OSS contributions as well as you can see whether something passes without checking it

Another week, another tutorial! Today we're exploring how to set up a TravisCI for your #Ethereum DApp using #Embark.

So now that Dell has moved the web cam in the right spot with the latest XPS *and* they're selling it again as Developer Edition, I seriously consider it.

Coincidentally, I just mentioned journaling in some other context. Would like to read your thoughts on NotionHQ when they're online :)

Ha, you're the first to show interest in this! :D

I'll keep you posted.

Been using @NotionHQ for personal habit tracking and journaling since a few days. Tried doing this with pen and paper several times but using a keyboard is just too convenient.

Will fine-tune the flow for a few more days and probably write about it afterwards.

Gotta say, this Polar Soundtrack by deadmau5 is too good. Both, the instrumental and non-instrumental version.

Reminds me of The Matrix's soundtrack:

In case you haven't noticed yet: If you're a #Dapp developer or want to learn how to build Dapps, the @EmbarkProject team is working hard on making this a good experience. šŸš€

Plenty things planned for 2019, follow for updates :) #Ethereum

Finished reading @AtomicHabits and I highly recommend it. It's very well structured and explores the "why" and "how" when it comes to creating new habits or getting rid of old ones.

So @GitHub is shipping some really cool things lately, but do we really wanna turn it into another social platform?

I know, I know... collaboration and social coding and everything... but still šŸ¤”

Congrats @trufflesuite on the new v5 release!

Glad to see this release increases parity with Embark's feature set. Feels like we're all moving in the right direction :)

I love how, every year, Spotify generates a playlist of my Top Songs in XXXX. It's very accurate and it's also interesting to see how taste in music has changed over time.

Here's what i've listened to in 2018

I'm gonna try @cburgdorf 's experiment of using Twitter as read- and respond only app, and use @Peepeth's bridge to cross post my peeps there.
