Can a baby give up their sovereignty? This fraud starts at birth. Our sovereignty has been taken from us, using Corporations, Governments and Birth certificates!! sensationalism? A evil insidious system of slavery!! We see things differently. annavonreitz.com
Can their parents give it away?
I'm not a big fan of the "you belong to country x whether you like it... or can afford to extricate yourself..."
I'm just saying: people read those strong words and they kinda shy away from the message. Just trying to be helpful.
Keep peeping!

It is not a trustworthy company https://interactives.ap.org/google-location-tracking/
None of them are. Unless they can be transparent.
People often ask... "why would company x use blockchains?"
The answer is that people will eventually demand it. They will ultimately insist on accountability, transparency, and control when it comes to their digital information.

If a Peeper Peeps a Peep that links to a livestream, is it called a Peepshow?
When Peeple Peep their Peeps... are they peeping people or are they peeping posts?

You are not recorded as an American baby. You are registered as a British "citizen" --- a subject of the Queen. We are all Enemy Combatants, Belligerents, Surety for the National Debt under Control by Military Rule LAW Our sovereignty has been taken from We the People
If this is/were true, dialing down the sensationalism just a little bit would help get the message to more people.
Now, has this sovereignty been taken? Or was it given? People have a hard time distinguishing the difference occasionally...

If this site is this good now, can you imagine how cool it will be a month or a year from now? I'm literally peeping with leftover eth that I was going to forget about. Really cheap to peep.
It gets cheaper! After a certain number of peeps (or other qualifying activities) Peepeth pays to lock your peeps on the Ethereum blockchain.

Could a Chromebook work? I've spent too much fiddling with Linux. Now I'd just use the chrome apps and or something like c9.io plus a server on a cloud somewhere if I want to run a crypto node. I tried to run linux (galliumOS) on old Chromebook last, but missed an important step
Aside from the system level spyware issue... how do you like Chrome OS? I've heard it's too limited for doing much "making" - ie video editing or live streaming games in @pluma's case.

What do you mean by "mentally bartering over outrageous and divisive leadership"? Genuinely curious.
When someone says, "man I don't like my leadership." Then their counterpart says, "Yeah, I don't like mine either". And then they start to mentally trade one for the other, having to look for the lesser of two evils... because most politicians lately are divisive. Bad leadership.
I really enjoyed this. Thank you.

Doesn't Presearch just act as an overlay to whatever search engine you'd want to use anyway? I mean, you don't have to give up DDG, to use Presearch.
Currently, yes - which is why I don't use it.
Later, they want to have their index on the blockchain and all their algorithm details public and collaboratively improved. It's on my radar, but I'm waiting for more than an overlay.
@cruz I'm glad you're around... even if it's just reading.

Whoa. See, when we start mentally bartering over outrageous and divisive leadership... the world has a problem.
The good news is, we're all in it together. The bad news is, people are being mislead into not believing that's the reality.

why? is it because they found a way to tax human thought?
No taxes here. No advertisers to demand data mining campaigns.
The small fee you pay to post is to secure the Ethereum blockchain. It goes to machines securing the network, not the Peepeth project. (After you post a while, even that fee gets paid for you by Peepeth.)

The last week and this week, a lot of ICOs are closing. I'm pretty sure that's what everyone's referring to when they talk about the cascade hypothesis. https://tokenmarket.net/ico-calendar
Thanks for the resource, Jennie! Though, from my understanding "they" are claiming that lots of ICOs that were previously holding ETH have all simultaneously started cashing out to fiat... not just that the ICOs were finishing up their fundraising.

Do we have any google equivalent in the decentralized space?
Is the only one I've played with. I think the idea of getting paid to search is... interesting. I mean, Bing already does that.
At it's core, it's more like paying users for their curation - what sites satisfy their search... I still kinda like DDG...
Replying to @DecentralizedS (0xe72cbfada0fd1f028f36d49d52ea9711a8b6272f)
#Ethereum witnessed a huge dip in the last several hours. This comes mostly from an ripple effect, where #ICO's have to cash out their #ETH to stay solvent. However, it's important to realize that this doesn't decrease the great potential the programmable #blockchain has.
Where is the list of ICOs that have been cashing out? I've seen this ripple/cascading hypothesis all over the past week - but no links confirming the narrative.
That said. I wholeheartedly agree with your last line.

What is the point of life? Who are we? What are we?
THOSE those are just a few of the things we Peeple love to talk about!
The "point of life" varies according to each person and their stage in life... Some points are ends. Some points are means. Some points are surprises.
Decentralization is an important "means" here.
Welcome.

I posted this to the Fulcrum site but you will not see it there. Apparently I have been muted for whatever reason by David Seaman. David must love this platform where he can simply mute his critics.
On this platform, each individual is responsible for their own mute list. Even then, everyone's messages are saved to the blockchain. There is no site-wide - much less platform-wide - mute functionality.
If people mute someone en masse - it's a nudge towards self reflection.

Thank you for promoting this! I despise the shadowbanning of my profanity-free, noncombative posts on Twitter, so this is a great platform. The inability to delete seems like a drawback, so I just have to be careful to avoid tpyos
Haha. I see what you did there...
The inability to delete incentivizes more well-reasoned posts. (It also ensures censorship resistance.)

my bad the CPU usage is what i wanted to mention , i have brave with around 10 to 12 tabs always opened might be thats the reason?
I normally have at least that many tabs open. I get the same high CPU usage in a few other chromium-based browsers too though.
If you close one tab at a time (you can reopen the last closed tab with CTRL+SHIFT+T) - I bet you will find *one* tab that is causing the issue.
