BRB. I'm about to deploy my first dApp to main net.
If you've been putting off learning Solidity, which IMHO could be SQL-like across chain implementations, there is an engaging 6-lesson course by Loom. It is to die for. Pun intended. https://cryptozombies.io/

Check out easycdp.com for how quick it is to originate a line of credit against your ETH.
There are 3 form factors where crypto could impact consumer credit. See attached, for 1 form. IMHO, this is a potential catalyst for the 6th (and largest yet) crypto currency hype-cycle.

@bevan you've rebuilt twitter with a wildly different engine, cost-structure & value proposition. In your opinion, how long before somebody rebuilds Facebook, LinkedIn? Github? ...Newzbin? ...or the USPTO?
...or encrypted? ...or permanent?
Might one of the Ps stand for people? Or political? Provocative? One of the Es might stand for exciting, early, elicit or evoke.

Who's on your #wishlist of influencers you'd wanna see peepin'? In no particular order, I've got: -Brian Armstrong -Fred Ehrsam -Fred Wilson -Zooko Wilcox -Erik Voorhees
On peepeth? Who cares about people we love and trust. I'm looking forward to the people we don't trust. Or people who live in regions with governments we don't love. Or, genuine journalists. Intrepid analysts. Underdog politicians & brands. #wishlist
A nice summary of the current state for an ETH-based "Decentralized Financial System" https://diar.co/volume-2-issue-13/
When twitter started, I can remember many thought leaders sharing links to valuable content. The signal to noise ratio was very high. I wonder if ppeth will go the same way? Could it become a lens for a subset of crypto-culture?
I could see peepeth being used more in parallel with other social media platforms. All you really need is 3 hashes (content, content+timestamp, link) + timestamp + optional copy of content + optional copy of link.
Cool stuff, bravo to the team at Peepeth.
