If you catch, kill, butcher and cook an animal then there is no illusion that what you are eating is a life. If you are lucky enough to be able to eat healthily without eating meat then maybe you don’t **need** to eat meat.
That sounds far to preachy.
Sorry for being that guy.

Preparing meat definitely takes on a weird feeling when you accidentally cut yourself with the knife. Definitely hits you that you're eating something like you that used to be alive. Yet also, I'm finding myself more comfortable with eating meat the closer I get to the killing the animal itself. I feel like the ideal way, spiritually, that you can eat meat is when you genuinely risk your life in order to eat it.

Any opinions on ERC223?

I have given my thoughts on criteria for a fungible token (I of course mentioned the party burner wallet).
ERC777 looks interesting, I haven't used in anger yet.

Can we get it a bit bolder? I'd love a colorful enso on something dark (or navy, as @abcoathup said) Also, just saying colorful right now... prompted me to have a vision of a tie dye enso shirt with an inverted white enso. I'd buy that!

Absolutely. My point was that one moat is probably not so much larger than any other in the space. And that the term "best" seems problematic to me. There are many metrics - so further qualification would lend a lot of clarity to the statement. The "best *brand*" - as you clarified later - is hardly disputable. Other metrics are much more so. I wasn't trying to be confrontational or anything, just chiming in with my own perspective of the space. Not any more right or wrong than anyone else's.
The Ethereum developer moat feels pretty big.

It’s a human life and ending a life is murder. We can justify our disregard for the value of human life. The minute we try to determine what value life is and who or who does not qualify as a human being, then atrocities like the holocaust happens.
Assuming that neither a sperm nor an egg on their own are a baby. Then somewhere between an egg being fertilised and a baby being born is where a foetus becomes a baby.
For me that is probably when a foetus can survive outside the womb
In my state (in Australia) the line of when an abortion is legal is up until 24 weeks. Hopefully my representatives decided this law based on a combination of medical guidance and societies opinion.
I wish that there were no abortions but I also wish that every baby that is born can be looked after and loved until they are an adult and beyond.

If they can’t afford to leave the state to murder infants, than they shouldn’t afford to have a child anyways. Abstinence is wisdom. Been married 3 years. No kids yet, why cuz we can’t afford one.
Abortion isn’t murder.
https://www.harpersbazaar.com/culture/politics/a19748134/what-is-abortion/
The US supreme court ruled in Roe vs Wade that abortion is legal before the foetus is viable outside the womb, at around 24 weeks.
